Sophie Stone

PhD Research Student

Sophie is an enthusiastic provisional psychologist who is passionate about developing sustainable leadership. She completed her Honours under the supervision of Dr Louise Metcalf by undertaking a complex validation of the Complexity Leadership Questionnaire. She then presented her research at both the 2014 Australasian Conference for Undergraduate Research and the 2014 Australian Conference of Personality and Individual Differences.

Sophie is currently undertaking a Masters or Organisational Psychology at Macquarie University while specialising in leadership development at a business consulting firm.
