Valuable database of sustainability teaching tools for higher education

In 2010 ARIES was commissioned by the Australian Learning and Teaching Council (ALTC) to compile a database of practical tools and materials to assist educators in the higher education sector to teach sustainability.

The database is searchable by discipline area or by issue and forms the basis of the teaching toolkit on the comprehensive, interactive website Learning and Teaching Sustainability.

The website outlines the many ways in which universities and other higher education institutions are responding to the Australian Government’s Green Skills Agreement by addressing the key issues of social, economic and environmental sustainability.
